Participation Terms

By participating in the Strong Beers 2025 event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before attending the event.

1. Event Entry

• Entry to the event costs 4€ and includes the official festival glass
• Visitors with glasses from previous editions can reuse them free of charge
• The event is for all ages, but alcohol consumption is prohibited for those under 18
• Valid identification will be requested for purchase of alcoholic beverages
• Access to the event does not imply mandatory consumption of alcoholic beverages

2. Schedule

• Friday, March 7: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Saturday, March 8: 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Sunday, March 9: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

The organization reserves the right to change schedules for operational or safety reasons.

3. Payments and Cashless System

• The festival uses a cashless system
• All purchases are made via debit or credit card
• Beer prices vary depending on type and quantity
• No returns or refunds of beverages after purchase

4. Event Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Respect other participants, staff, and vendors
• Follow instructions from organizers and security
• Consume alcohol responsibly
• Not drive under the influence of alcohol
• Not smoke in non-designated areas
• Not bring external alcoholic beverages
• Keep the space clean and use waste containers

Inappropriate behavior: The organization reserves the right to expel participants who exhibit inappropriate, aggressive behavior or who endanger the safety of others, without refund.

5. Security

• The organization reserves the right to conduct security checks
• Entry with dangerous objects or items prohibited by law is forbidden
• In case of emergency, follow instructions from staff and authorities
• Coat check available to store belongings

6. Photography and Video Recording

By entering the event, you authorize the capture and use of your image in photographs and videos for promotional purposes of Strong Beers and BREW!, including but not limited to social media, website, and press materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organizing staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

BREW! and Strong Beers are not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Damages caused by excessive alcohol consumption
• Accidents resulting from reckless behavior
• Costs incurred due to event changes or cancellation due to force majeure

Participants are responsible for their own actions and any damage they cause to facilities, equipment, or third parties.

8. Minors

Minors under 18 are welcome at the event but cannot consume alcoholic beverages. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Accessibility

Mercado Municipal D. Pedro V is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Adapted restroom facilities available. Assistance dogs are welcome.

10. Changes and Cancellation

The organization reserves the right to:

• Change the program, schedule, or participating breweries without prior notice
• Cancel or postpone the event due to force majeure, safety, or authority decision
• Modify the layout or distribution of spaces at the venue

In case of total event cancellation, information about refund procedures will be published through the website and social media.
